1. Reservation and Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website, phone number, or authorized agents.
A confirmed booking requires advance payment as per our policy.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and cash (in some cases).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time: 12:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows: No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proof for check-in.
Any damage to property or amenities will be charged to the guest.
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests and staff.
5. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, loud music, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted.
6. Safety and Liability
Guests use the resort facilities (including the swimming pool and adventure areas) at their own risk.
Nana’s Farm and Resort is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
7. Use of Facilities
Facilities such as the pool, bird area, playground, and event lawns are for registered guests only.
Operating hours for various amenities will be shared during check-in or listed on-site.
Outside food and alcohol are not permitted unless approved by the management.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
